Decal Install Instructions

Firstly Uninstall Decal if installed.

Next download and run Directx Updater. Here

Then download and run windows installer. Here

Then download and run Net 2.0 installer. Here

Then download and install MXL 4.0. Here

Then download and run a Clean setup of Decal. Here

Once all that is installed (you may need to restart your computer a few times during the above processes). Open decal 3.0 click update button. and you should have a working Decal!
