Updated for Vista & Windows7:

Notes if you have previously used ptank and you want to keep your old settings you will have to copy them from the programfiles/portals plugins/Portaltank/ folder you can copy the Data folder to your documents folder under portals plugins/portaltank and overwrite the data folder there.

Fixed spells for wand buffs not casting 8's (also fixed some missing lvl 8 spells for healing others and some normal macro spells that were overlooked)
